This website presents Enermoni. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no third-party content (no external fonts, scripts or maps) and stores nothing on your device.

A small script in your browser checks whether your browser prefers another language and, if so, shows a hint to the other language version. This check happens only in your browser; nothing is transmitted or stored.

3. Hosting and delivery of the website

The website runs on our own server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in the Falkenstein data centre (Germany).

When you open a page, your browser necessarily transmits your IP address, the requested address and details such as the browser type. This data is used only to deliver the page. No access logs containing IP addresses are kept. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in providing and securing the website.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your details are processed to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please contact the address above.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

6. Changes

Before features such as the waitlist are added, this policy will be extended accordingly.
